Delete Your Account

This page explains how to permanently delete your salesHum account and the data associated with it. salesHum is operated by TellUS.

How to delete your account

You delete your account yourself, without contacting support. Open salesHum on your phone, go to Settings, tap Edit profile, then tap Delete Account. You type DELETE to confirm, and the deletion is scheduled right away.

No phone? Sign in on the web and delete your account there.

Can't sign in? Email support@saleshum.co from your account's email and we'll delete it.

What happens after you confirm

As soon as you confirm, we sign you out and lock the account so it can no longer be used to sign in. We permanently delete your account and the data listed below after 30 days. If you are the account owner, deleting your account also deletes your whole team account, including every teammate and their data.

If you are the account owner, deleting your account also cancels your salesHum plan.

What is deleted

• Your account and profile, including name, email, and sign-in credentials
• Your recordings and their audio files
• Transcripts and AI coaching generated from your recordings
• For an owner, the whole organization, its teammates, and their data

What may be retained

We keep a minimal deletion record for security and audit purposes. It records that a deletion happened, on which account, and when. It contains no personal information such as your name, email, recordings, or transcripts.

We retain a limited set of other records only where the law requires it, for example billing and transaction records kept for tax and accounting obligations, for no longer than legally required and for no other purpose. Copies may persist temporarily in encrypted backups and disaster-recovery systems, which cycle out in the ordinary course.

Delete individual recordings

You do not have to delete your whole account to remove data. You can delete any individual recording, along with its transcript and coaching, from within the app at any time.
